Grand Holland Transportation (Holland Explore) processes your personal data carefully and in line with the GDPR.
What we collect
Name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off address, flight number, passenger and luggage count, any add-ons and payment status. Card data is handled solely by our payment provider; we never store card details.
Why we use it
To perform and confirm your ride, contact you about changes, issue invoices and meet our legal accounting and tax obligations.
Legal basis
Performance of the contract (your booking), legal obligation (tax retention) and consent (newsletter and analytics cookies).
Retention
Booking and invoice records are kept for 7 years under Dutch tax law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Sharing
Only with parties needed to deliver the service: our payment provider, email sender, hosting and database provider and the chauffeur performing your ride. We never sell data.
Cookies
We set strictly necessary cookies only. Analytics cookies are placed after your consent through the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time.
Your rights
